Most companies we work with have email and direct mail campaigns in place already.  We can re-purpose them, maybe add additional content, and make sure a call to action is prevalent.  In cases where we need to create email and direct mail pieces, we have a creative team that will work closely with you to get that consistent messaging.  These two methods of marketing are intricately tied to the campaign we are focused on, and the telemarketing campaign we are executing.

Telemarketing

Sales Management

Training, coaching and building a great marketing plan are all necessary pieces of a successful company. The sales management component ensures that behaviors and habits are formed positively, and reinforced daily with on site sales management. Our management team members all come from call center backgrounds of varying sizes, and we are all familiar with hands on sales management, both with inside sales people or outside territory managers.

Analytics

All of the work we do with emails, direct mails, and telemarketing is measured and analyzed for improvement. Our yield loss analysis starts with the number of records in a particular campaign, we then measure how many targets we have contacted, how many are interested and become leads, and the number of sales that result. Throughout that process we also track where prospects drop out of the funnel, and then develop messaging to re-engage them. Our analytics are also useful in estimating and pricing out new projects.
